By accessing or using LookBusy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

LookBusy provides a productivity tool featuring focus sessions and cognitive break activities designed to help knowledge workers maintain concentration and mental wellbeing during the workday.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• --Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• --Maintain and promptly update your account information
• --Maintain the security of your password and account
• --Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• --Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

Subscription and Billing

LookBusy offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• --Free Plan: Limited features with occasional advertisements
• --Pro Plan: Full access to all features for a monthly subscription fee

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• --Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• --Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• --Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• --Share your account credentials with others
• --Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• --Use automated systems to access the Service without our consent

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LookBusy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LookBusy does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LookBusy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
