Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime

LookBusy Pro is a monthly subscription with no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you won't be charged again.

When you cancel, you'll continue to have full Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically switch to the free plan.

How Cancellation Works

• --No cancellation fees: There are no penalties or charges for cancelling.
• --Keep your access: Continue using Pro features until your billing period ends.
• --No partial billing: We don't offer refunds or credits for unused time.
• --Resubscribe anytime: Changed your mind? You can resubscribe whenever you like.

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your LookBusy account
2. Go to your Account Settings
3. Click "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription"
4. Confirm your cancellation in the billing portal

You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation. Your Pro access will continue until the date shown in the confirmation.

After Cancellation

When your billing period ends, your account switches to the free plan:

• --Limited daily focus sessions
• --Occasional ads
• --Basic experience

Your account and any preferences remain saved, so if you decide to resubscribe, everything will be ready for you.
